Minecraft is one of the top most sandbox games on iOS by Mojang has been updated to the newer version on Apple App Store. Being a universal app, it lacked optimized support for iPhone 5 which is now added in the all new update for players.
Pocket Edition includes randomly generated worlds, multiplayer even over a local Wi-Fi network, survival and creative modes. In this game you can craft and create with your friends anywhere in the world so long as you have hands spare and battery to burn.
Alpha Support for Realms Service
Now coming over the recent update in which the game has just been updated with alpha support for the upcoming Realms service. The realms service was announced in the month of March last year. The Realms is a service which will allow players to work together over a single World using online cooperative mode. Now the same service is expected to be launched in this summer for both PC as well as Pocket versions of Minecraft. Players are waiting for the update to be launched and now it seems that the time has come near so they will have to bear less pain of waiting as it was announced in the last year so more than one year has already lapsed.
Presently the alpha version of Realms, which has just been added to Minecraft – Pocket Edition, is currently free. But it will be an optional paid service following its official launch. The same service is expected to cost you around somewhere $10 to $15 per month for the PC version while No price range has been announced for Minecraft – Pocket Edition, but it will probably be less than the charge for the desktop edition.
The latest version of Minecraft – Pocket Edition is available now in the App Store free for those who have to update and for those who have to purchase new will need to spend $6.99 for universal download.
The latest update to the game also adds buckets, fire, smooth lighting, spawn eggs, chat, eggs, milk, and cake. Also, it introduces new menus and ensures that the connecting players inventory is now saved on a server.
There are a more than couple of bugs with this latest version reportedly such as:
- You cannot put on armor.
- You cannot place item in bottom slot of furnace.
- At some places you will find that buckets do not work.
- Some other bugs have also come up.
There is no need to worry as these bugs are going to be removed in a week time or so. For those users who are into the game know that the performance Minecraft is great so these bugs which have come up with the latest update do not matter a lot. Secondly we have also found that bugs are not same on pocket consoles so it depends on your luck which bug comes to face you.
