Tweetbot is one of the best alternatives for Twitter Official Application for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Tweetbot was last updated last year after the launch of iOS 5 in order to make the application compatible with the new operating system by Apple.
There can be no more fun than having a tweetbot on iOS and enjoying a new dimension of twitter with a lot many features. Tweetbot uses a selection of gestures in order to allow you to interact with each Tweet, has a perfectly excellent aesthetic to the entirety of it, and has customizable tabs to make your experience just what you want it to be. This is what you must expect from an excellent application that the developers deal their customers during the use of app with similar zeal as they attract them before selling it out.
Once you sign in, you find a tab on right side containing the latest tweets from all over your friends. In rest of the tabs you will find a selection of Favorites, Lists, Retweets, Mute Filters, Search, and your own Profile. When you double-tap on a profile of any user, you will be taken to their profile. In the same case if y0u double tap direct messages tab, you get the option of marking all of your DMs as read at once. For each of the tweet there is an option of tripple tap also. Pressing on a Tweet reveals a set of controls to reply, which include RT, favorite, additional settings to post link copy, email and translate the tweet, and a more info button which allow the user to see exact time of tweet, from which client. You can also see the attached media such as pictures, videos, and location.
To view entire conversation of a Tweet only swipe to the right and if you want to have a look at any replies that a single tweet has received, then swipe left.
Int the latest update, the iCloud sync process takes few moments before it triggers, but it is never more than 10-15 seconds. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and its generally seamless. There is a point to remember that iCloud sync will only work between different editions of Tweetbot, but not across other clients on the Mac or iOS devices.
